Dear Sir;-
I write you in the interest of Wade H. Reinhardt, who is a veterinary surgeon, having graduated and passed the State Veterinary Board as such, and who is a member of Troop A. North Carolina, National Guard. He desires to be commissioned as veterinary surgeon. He was raised in my County, and I know him to be thoroughly honest and capable and that he will fill the position, with efficiency. He has been a member of the Guard for seven years, and it seems to me it would be unfair to turn him down for any one who is just entering the service.
