Be it remembered that at a Superior Court begun and held for the County of Iredell, at the Court House in Statesville on the 2nd Monday after the 3rd Monday in March AD 1873. The Honorable Anderson Mitchell Judge of said court present and presiding when the following business was transacted to wit.

State vs. Isaac Allison Cold 
Larceny, Plea not Guilty

Being chosen tried & sworn

For their verdict say the defendant Isaac Allison is guilty in manner and form as charged in the bill of Indictment And thereupon it is considered and adjudged by the Court that the defendant Isaac Allison be imprisoned in the State Penitentiary at Raleigh for three years, from the 3rd day of April AD 1873.

In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name and affix the seal of said court at office in Statesville this 5th day of April AD 1873.
