At a Superior Court begun and held for the County of Wake at the Court House in Raleigh on the fourth Monday in June 1874 AD before the Hon. Saml W. Watts Judge the above named Defendants were convicted of the crimes wherewith they were charged as above specified and it was adjudged by the Court here that they be confined in the States prison at hard labor for the number of years as specified above.
Witness my hand and seal of said Court at office in Raleigh this the 3rd day of July AD 1874.
