The Defendant comes into open court and pleads Guilty of the felony whereof he stands indicted whereupon it is adjudged by the Court that he be imprisoned in the State prison for the term of five years at hard labor.
State vs. John J. Wilson
Larceny
The Defendant was convicted of the felony as charged against him in the bill of indictment whereupon it is adjudged by the Court that he be imprisoned in the State prison for the term of two years.
