These are therefore to Command you to take a Negro fellow of Colo Sam Smiths sr. Called old or little Brister and him safely Keep and Bring him to morrow by ten Oclock to the Court house, as the Due Corse of law may be had on him for Administering poyson to Negros for there Masters and Mistreses you will also summons his Master to attend his Tryal herein fail not as you will answer the Contrary.
