By Order of the Lords Commrs. of his Majtys. Treasury I transmit to you the inclosed Report made to their Lordsps by Ld. Walpole Auditor General of the Plantations on the Copy of a Lre thereunto annexed from John Rutherford Esqr. Recr. Genl of North Carolina for pmission to come to England for a few Months on Acct. of his health and Private Affairs Upon the Subject of which their Lordships desire You will please to give them your opinion as soon as Conveniently may be, And upon your Rect. of this, you will please to Signify to the said Mr. Rutherford their Lordsps Orders to him to Continue in the said Province untill he shall receive further directions from their Lordships
