Mr Governer Bickett

I want to write you a few lins asking you will you plese put Rob Culler and wife some where elce? he keeps a bad house. my husbon miss treets me one the acount of them. I have bin trying to get rid of them but will stick here. will you plese put them some where elce? I want to see some peace. this has bin troubling me a longe time. old culler is in the draft in the army. eny way I hope you will put him where he will do somethinge elce besids keepe such a House. we lived in stond. I moved to Moor Co with my Husbon to get Rid of them. thought I wiould see some pece but when I got there there they come. old culler noes his wife is keeping such a house. me and my children Hast work hard and then Hafter be treated like dogs one the acount of sory set. my Husbon isnt in the draft. he is to old. he is 50 years. I will kinly ask you if you can Help me out eny. will you kinly do so. I see where they want men and takeing them every day. I Hope you will Have odd culler in the next call. do something with is old wife to make here go to work. now is the time to get buisy in the time of war. cullers address is west end NC R L culler
