Bickett, Thomas Walter

Biographical Description

Thomas Walter Bickett was born on February 28, 1869, in Monroe, North Carolina. Bickett served as a state legislator (1907-1909), attorney general (1909-1916), and governor of the state of North Carolina (1917-1921). He died in Raleigh (Wake County) on December 28, 1921.
