Sir:

It is requested that permission be granted by the Governor of the State of North Carolina for the Navy to erect on the site of the Naval Air Station, Morehead City, North Carolina, a permanent radio station. It will be necessary to reserve for the use of this station, quarters for the officer in charge and barracks for the enlisted men, also two rooms in the administration building to house the radio apparatus.
