On the one Side Liberty introducing Plenty to His Majesty, with this Motto quae sera tamen respexit and this Inscription round the Circumference Sigillum Provincia nostra Carolina Septentrionalis; On the other Side His Majesty's Arms, Garter, Crown, Supporters and Motto, with this Inscription round the Circumference, Georgius tertius Dei Gratiâ, Magna Britannia, Francia et Hibernia Rex, Fidei Defensor, Brunsvici et Luneburgi Dux, Sacri Romani Imperii Archithesaurarius et Elector.
