The Affidavit about Captn. Dalrymple which accompanies this came too late to hand to be inclosed to you in my former Letter; but as it particularizes Mr. Dalrymple's Behaviour, I think it necessary to lay it before you, I therefore send it to the Care of a friend who will deliver this and my other Letter to your hands.
