Salvenas Buttrey Being Calld. on Concearning a Certain Conspircy sayeth Richd Fagans Told him the sd. Buttrey he would put him in away if he would Take an Oath of Secrecy not to take the oath of Goverment or Oath to the State for it was Verey Bad and would Ruin hims Sole or for Sware himself and further this Deponant sayeth that if they Offered to make him take the state Oath that they would a number Gitt togather and have a Quarrill and there would be an End to it &c
