I W. Mastin clerk of the court of Pleas and quarter Sessions for the and state aforesaid do certify that I have carfully examined the records of Bonds for marriage Licence in my office from the earliest date dates and do not find any evidence of the marriage of William Guest to Anna Allen

I further certify that the records was verry imperfectly keep from the time the records commenced up to the year 1800

In testimony wheareof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seale of my Office at Wilkesboro March 18th 1846
