Wyriot Ormond Jr. was born in Beaufort Precinct, North Carolina in about 1721. A local politician, he represented Bath at the North Carolina Colonial Assembly from 1762 to 1764. In 1766 he served as the commissioner for the Port of Bath. He died in Bath in 1773.
