Norma Isado Moore (née Wynne) was born on January 14, 1890, in North Carolina. During World War I, Moore served as a utility clerk and mimeograph operator for the North Carolina Adjutant General's Office. She died on November 13, 1975, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
