James Ferebee (d. 1789) was a resident of Currituck County. In 1778 he was listed on a witness list as being able to provide testimony against Francis Williamson at the Edenton District Court of Oyer and Terminer. While Ferebee's deposition has not been located, it likely contained an attestation that Williamson did not support the cause of American independence.
