McDougle, Walter Edwin

Biographical Description

Walter Edwin McDougle was born in Ohio on December 16, 1873. He moved to Black Mountain (Buncombe County) by 1910. He worked for several decades at the town's post office, retiring in 1956. He died in Charlotte on November 5, 1966.
