Biographical Description

Ralph Fletcher was a resident of Perquimans Precinct, North Carolina by 1674. A Quaker, he also served as a justice of the Perquimans court and in 1690 he witnessed an American Indian man named Alexander's indenture to Juliana Laker. He died in Perquimans in about 1704.
