Charles Harrison was a resident of Beaufort Precinct, North Carolina. In 1723, along with John Baptista Ashe, he filed a suit to regain possession of Jabez Tom, an enslaved American Indian man. Harrison may have later resided in New Hanover County, North Carolina.
