Patty Lynch was a resident of Johnston County, North Carolina. In 1780 she testified in the murder trial of Lewis Bryan, where Bryan's enslaved person Jenney was found guilty of poisoning her enslaved. Lynch died in Johnston County sometime before August 1794.
