Mary Franck was born in Craven County, North Carolina in about 1715. Sometime prior to 1744 she married John Worsley and the couple resided in Beaufort County. After John Worsley died in about 1750, Mary Worsley moved back to Craven County. In 1771 an enslaved man named Scip was charged with breaking into Mary Worsley's home and threatening her. Any further information about Worsley, including the approximate date of her death, has not been located.
