Biographical Description

William Hall was a resident of Perquimans Precinct, North Carolina. In 1706 he served on a jury in a case involving Mary Rookes, who'd been accused of witchcraft. The jury found Rookes not guilty. Hall died in Perquimans sometime after 1720.
