Jonathan Jacocks was a merchant in Pasquotank Precinct, North Carolina. In 1706 he served on a jury in a case involving Mary Rookes, who'd been accused of witchcraft. Jacocks found Rookes not guilty. Jacocks died sometime after 1717.
