Biographical Description
Charles Banks McNairy was born on June 14, 1867, in North Carolina. McNairy was a physician who served as the superintendent of the Caswell Training School in Kinston, North Carolina, from 1914 to 1925. He died in Lenoir, North Carolina, on October 29, 1928.
