Mary Portia Weeks (née Devlin) was born on August 6, 1868, in South Carolina. Mary was the wife of Rufus B. Weeks, a grocery store clerk. The couple and their children resided in Charlotte, North Carolina. She died in Charlotte on January 25, 1960.
