Biographical Description

Joseph Philo Bradley was born in Berne, New York on March 14, 1813. Bradley was an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. He was a member of the Republican Party and favored a conservative interpretation of the U.S. Constitution. He died in Washington, D.C., on January 22, 1892.
