Biographical Description

John Relfe was a resident of Pasquotank Precinct, North Carolina. In 1704 the North Carolina Council ordered him, along with several other men, to assist in a land survey for the Yeopim tribe. Though he may have been related to Thomas Relfe, the colony's Surveyor General at the time, any further information about this individual as not been located.
