Davis, Isaiah Iverson

Biographical Description

Isaiah Iverson Davis was born in Cleveland County, North Carolina on December 1, 1843. Davis was a Confederate veteran and merchant who served on the board of directors for the state hospital at Morganton for 36 years (10 as chairman). He died in Morganton on May 28, 1929.
