My dear Mr. Killebrew,

Your letter received, and I think if you will go before the Local Exemption Board of your county it will re-classify the married men that you mention and put them either in the second or in the fourth class, provided they are good husbands and are in the habit of supporting their wives. I have written the Board a general letter covering situations of this kind.
