Ordered that the following persons be appointed to Serve as grand and Pettit Jurorss during the Siting of the Court of Oyer and Terminer to be held for the District of Edenton on the Third day Tuesday of September Next to wit

Ordered that Captain George Ryan when attending the Mustering of his Company, do administer the State Oath to every Militia Man in his Company in Consequence of a Requisition from his Excellency the Governor, to that Purpose, and the approved Utility and Expediency of that Measure by this Court.

Expunged.

Ordered also that an Order of the above Tenor be nominally directed to every Captain of a Company within the aforesaid County, that such Captain may pursue the Duty enjoined as above to Mr George Ryan

Ordered that the several Justices in the County shall tender the Oath of Allegiance prescribed by an Act of Assembly passed on the 9th. Day of May last to all the Inhabitants of this County, Also that the said Justices shall attend the Private Musters within their District for the Purpose of administering said Oath to all those who have not taken it.
