The A & M. College has been turning out trained men for 25 years, and I think that if you can't find any men among her graduates who are competent to direct the affairs of this college then close it up. Why appoint W. P. Stacy a university boy as trustee for the A & M, when we have A. Huggins, E. P. Bailey, Banks, Bonitz, and several competent A & M Boys right here.
