We understand that your Board will soon move to appoint a Superintendent of Construction on the W. N. Ca. R Road, & we respectfully ask that you will allow us to recommend to your favorable consideration for such appointment Mr. Roger P. Atkinson.

We feel satisfied that no better appointment could be made than Mr. Atkinson, & would be much pleased, personally, to know that his services had been secured for the state.
