At a Court of Majistrates and Freeholders held at the Court House in Wilmington on Monday February 8th. 1768 on the Tryal of a Negroe Man named Quamino named John Quamino belonging to the Estate of John DuBois Esqr. Deceas'd, charged with robbing sundry Persons—

And John Walker John Campbell, Anthony Ward William Wilkinson} Freeholders and Owners of Slaves

The Court upon Examination of the Evidences relating to several Robberies committed by Quamino have found him guilty of the several Crimes charg'd against him; and Sentenced him to be hang'd by the Neck untill he is dead tomorrow morning between the Hours of ten & twelve o'Clock and his head to be affixed up upon the Point near Wilmington—

The Court Valued the said Negroe Quamino at eighty Pounds proclamation money proof having been made, that he had his full allowance of Corn &ca agreeable to Act of Assembly
