The Court proceeded to value a Runaway Negroe belonging to William Bryan Esquire which was Killed by the Inhabitants of Core Creek—Did Value the said slave named Tartola Prince to One Hundred Pounds specie

It appearing to the Court that the said Slave and many others were assembled and committed many Acts of Felony, to suppress which the said Inhabitants Embodied and in Endeavoring to apprehend said out lying slaves, the said Negroe was Killed—
