Summer Term 1875.
The Defendants Joseph Brothers and James Brothers having been charged, with the crime of Larceny, and been tried by a Jury and found guilty. The Judgement of the court is that the defendants be imprisoned in the Penitentiary at hard labor for the term of two years.
