Shall be obliged to your Excellency for an Order to Capt. Anderson at Occacock to deliver my Portmanteau &c which he took from my Lodgings into Custody and retains notwithstanding the Justices soon after my coming up to Edenton wrote to him to send them, which he either never received or pays no regard to, your compliance will greatly oblige
