Whereas William Brimage Esquire Attorney at Law was Cited to appear before the Worshipfull Justices of the County Court of Quarter Sessions of the peace now met [and the said] agreable to the Directions of an Act of the General Assembly of this State Intitled an Act for Declaring what Crimes and practices against the State shall be Treason and what shall be Misprison of Treason, and providing punishments adequate to both Classes, and for preventing the Dangers which may arise from persons Disaffected to the state. And the said Willam Brimage having failed to make his Appearance in Consequence thereof It was Ordered by the said Justices that the said William Brimage do Depart this State within the space of Sixty Day from the Date hereof
It was at the same time further Ordered that Josiah Reddit Constable for the District where the said William Brimage now lives serve him with this Copy of the Court Order—
