These are to certify that the Honorable William Brimage Esqr was commissioned here as his Majestys Attorney General from November 1778 untill March 1781 when he accepted the Commission of Chief Justice of these Islands. That it appears to me that he has acted assiduously and faithfully in both Offices during times of difficulty and danger
