You are hereby Commanded to Summon Gideon Allen to appear with his Negro Fellow Tom at the Court House of said County this Day in order to be tried for being concered in procureing poison to give &c at the same time you are to Summon Col William Bryan Benjamin Crufford John Vinson & Joseph Ingram to appear and try the said Negro & others at the said time place Given under my hand and Seal this 16th Day of October 1779
