Biographical Description

Frederick Schulzer was a physician in Halifax County and later Chowan County, North Carolina. A justice of the peace for Halifax, in 1765 Schulzer heard the trial of Jack, an enslaved man charged with larceny. Schulzer died in New York in about 1771.
