At the Special Term of Superior Court commencing December the 8th day of December 1873 Gabriel Cobb was convicted of Larceny & Sentenced to four years in the Penitentiary and at the same Term Peter F. Poindexter was convicted of Forgery, and Sentenced to three years in the Penitentiary.
