I Lacey J. Norman Clerk of the Superior Court in and for the County and State aforesaid do hereby certify that at the term of this Court Henry Holly was brought to the bar of the Court charged with the crime of Larceny and being put on his trial was thereof duly convicted whereupon [illegible] of the Solicitor for the State the Court provided judgement thereof as follows That the Defendant Henry Holly be confined in the State Prison for the term of Two years at Hard labor and be slated committed untill discharged according to law. Ordered that the Clerk of the Court make out a transcript of the Judgment and deliver the same to the Sheriff of Surry County and be forth with deliver the body of the said Henry Holly with said transcript to the wardens or keeper of the State Prison.
