At the Spring Term of the Superior Court commencing the 1st day of March 1875 Alfred Fulton was convicted of an assault with intent to commit Rape & sentenced to 15 years in the Penitentiary, Charles Gaston was convicted of Larceny & sentenced to 5 years in the Penitentiary Thomas Hendrichs was convicted of Larceny & sentenced to 5 years in the Penitentiary and Abram Gorrell was convicted of Larceny and sentenced to 3 years in the penitentiary
