I James A Gibson Clerk of the Superior Court for Cabarrus County do hereby certify that the following Prisoners were sentenced by his Hon David Schenck Judge of said Court at spring Term 1875 of said Court to hard labor in the State Prison for the term and offenses opposite their respective names to wit

Joseph Beckley, Larceny, for ten (10) years
William Henderson, Larceny, for two (2) years
Colin Foard, Larceny, for two (2) years
Westley Davis, Larceny (Horse stealing) for fifteen (15) years
