Mr. W. T. Bickett,
Govenor of N.C.

Dear Sir:-

After having fifty or more men up before our Committee we have succeeded in puting most of them to work but have a few names listed below that refuse to follow our instructions to find a job.

These we wish to submit to you for your disposal.

Chas. Elliott (Colored) RFD # 6, Fayetteville, N.C.
Joe Elliott (Colored) RFD # 6, Fayetteville, N.C.
The above men are in the draft age.
Bud Hodges, Fayetteville, N.C.
Melvin Jackson, Fayetteville, N.C.
James Kenedy, Fayetteville, N.C.
John Smith, Box 323, Fayetteville, N.C.

These men must be disposed of at once or the effectiveness of our work will be very seriously handicaped.

Respectfully yours,

U. S. Employment Committee.
