Enclosed I send you Major Wilson’s reply to my letter about his Reports. He is mistaken in supposing that our idea was that the quarterly Reports required of the State Directors & which he was directed to make were not to be forwarded to you regularly. The auditing Committee were to examine the Treasr's books &c. However I hope it will all be right in the future.
