I, M. O. Sherrill Clerk Superior Court of said County do hereby certify that at the said Term of the Court Bill Boyd and Martin Shuford, both colored, were convicted of Larceny and Receiving, and that the Judgment of the Court was in the following words to wit:
"Judgment of the Court that the Defendants Martin Shuford and Bill Boyd be imprisoned in the State prison for a term of three years each"
