I, C C Wade Clerk of the Superior in and for the county and state aforesaid do hereby certify that at a Superior Court begun and held for the county aforesaid at the Court House in Troy—Spring Term A.D. 1875—Commencing March the 8th 1875; One Dawson Rush was indicted for Larceny and upon being brought into court to answer the aforesaid charge Pleaded guilty and upon motion of Mr. Samuel J. Pemberton Solicitor for 5th Judicial District, it was adjudged, by the Court that the said Defendant Dawson Rush be imprisoned in the State Penitentiary for two years
