This is to Certefie that at a Court Called in Brunswick on the 18th day of March 1777, for the trial of five Negroe M[en] who were concerned in th[e mur]der of Mr Hen[ry Wil]liams That G[ibbey] a Negroe man slave [the Pr]operty of Mr S[amu]ell Dwight was found Guilty and Sentenced to be Hanged till he was dead dead dead and his head cut of and Stuck upon a pole this side Lockwoods folly Bridge, That the said Slave was Valued at Eighty pounds proc Money.
