The Committe appointed to take under consideration the Petition from the Standing committe of the People called Quakers

Your Committe are of opininon, that the aforesaid petition ought to be rejected, for that it wou'd be of dangerous consequences to the community at large, to tolerate the owners of Slaves to set them free
